RESPONSIBILITIES
|
CAPTAIN
|
The tribe Captain sees that there is continuity in meetings, conducts portions of the meetings, and acts as the leader of the group. S/he presides at the parent only meetings. S/he should be the minimum representative of the tribe at the monthly Town Hall meetings.

NAVIGATOR
|
The Navigator keeps a record of who attended meetings and events. S/he takes over for the Captain when the Captain is not available. S/he should attend the Town Hall meeting if the Captain is unavailable.

TREASURER
|
The Treasurer counts and looks after the collected dues and informs the tribe on available tribal money. S/he is responsible for collecting and sending the membership dues and fees for for collecting and sending the membership dues and fees for events to the YMCA.

SIGNALER
|
The Signaler writes the monthly tribal article for the Signal and submits them to the Council Signaler.
|
Outfitter
|
The Outfitter lights the tribal campfire at the campouts and stores the tribal property. S/he brings the Coup Stick and other tribal items to Federation and Tribe Events as needed.
|
HISTORIAN
|
The Historian keeps a record of all meetings and events. S/he photographs tribal events and meetings for memories.
|
DRUMMER
|
The Drummer leads the tribe in calling meetings to order by beating the drum and reminds tribal members of upcoming meetings and events.
|
ELDER
|
The Elder is the Wise person of the tribe (usually the former Tribe Captain).
