| strengthen relationships within the Y-Adventure Guides Program. Tribe Awards: The Federation encourages each tribe to have an active "Award Program" to award child members for special achievements. Achievements can be for attendance, learning the slogan, memorizing our AIMS or the program purpose, getting a good report card, losing a tooth, reading a special book, doing a project with their parents, etc. A tribe award can be a bead, patch, pin or any other appropriate award that the tribe desires. The criteria, guidelines and manner of awarding is at the discretion of the tribe, and the awards should be presented in a non-competitive way to reinforce behavior consistent with the program's AIMS. The cost of the awards is paid by the tribe. Federation Order of the Coup: The Federation Order of the Coup program recognizes and rewards individuals for participating in events and activities which support the program's goals. These individual awards are presented by the Federation Captain.
