| Y-Adventure Guide Patches Patches are created for all events, such as camping, pinewood derby, movie night, car wash, bowling, etc., and for special recognition, such as community service and recruiting a new member. Patches are also created for the different positions within a Tribe, such as Signaler, Treasurer, Historian, Captain, Outfitter, etc., and for Patches are included in the price of the event, and will be given out at the event. If there is no fee for the event, the patch will also be distributed there at no cost. Other patches are given away free for volunteering for various activities. There is a fee for tribe position and other speciality patches. Patches are collected and worn on a vest as a reminder of the fun you and your child had in the program. Here are some example patches. | Y-Adventure Guide Vests Patches are proudly displayed on a vest (see pictures below) that is worn to every event. Both parent and child wear the vests. Leather vests can be purchased online at the website below or sewn with fabrics. Some members keep them simple, add beads or go all out. It's up to you!
